PainHunt respects intellectual property rights. We analyze public market data to generate independent commercial intelligence, but we are committed to promptly addressing any copyright or privacy concerns.

Our Commitment

Under our B2B commercialization guidelines, we strictly limit the display of raw source content to less than 50% of the original post (typically <300 characters) to comply with Fair Use principles. Our primary goal is to provide derivative AI-generated analysis, not to redistribute original content.

Request Content Removal

If you believe your content has been used inappropriately or if you are the original author and wish to have a specific link or analysis removed, please submit a request to our legal compliance team.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • The URL or Insight ID (found in the footer of the analytic modal) of the content you wish to remove.
  • Your contact information (email, phone number).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.

Processing Time

Most takedown requests are processed within 24-48 hours of verified receipt. We take these matters seriously and will communicate with you via the provided contact email during the process.
