1. Service Description

PainHunt is a subscription SaaS platform that provides AI-powered market research and pain point analytics for product builders, SaaS founders, and development teams.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually).
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing period ends.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the current period expires.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute data without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its content, features, and functionality are owned by Zhidun LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zhidun LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
